At V.A. Architect Inc., we believe in the transformation of spaces by thoughtful listening to the clients. We enable our client's visions through customized designs that exceed their business goals and inspire the people that live, work, heal, play, and learn within them.

We provide superior client service at each step from initial discussion with the client to design development, approvals, and eventually final construction.
We are well versed in permit and construction drawings and understand our client's ideas and translate accordingly to construction documents for additions and alterations, and new construction projects of various occupancy types.
We provide services to our clients throughout Ontario, but we mainly focus within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area (GTHA), and Niagara region.

Our studio operates across spatial scales and disciplinary borders to reveal a site’s potential, distill client-needs into a clear design vision, and create timeless spaces that heighten one’s experience of a site, city, building, or natural landscape.
We specialize in institutional, commercial, industrial (ICI), residential architecture and interiors, feasibility studies, development planning and master planning. We also offer a broad range of value-added services that include public facilitation and integrated graphics. Our interdisciplinary design approach allows us to build important connections between people, places, and ideas, and it remains central to our firm’s ongoing commitment to public engagement.
